Energy Is What’s Real

If you think about the wonder of how you came to exist, you can begin to experience the energy of the move from Stage 8 to Stage 9. Stage 8 is Emptiness in Connectedness. It is the void that is full of infinite possibilities which remain invisible until one possibility is embraced and given a chance to materialize. Before you were conceived, there were millions and millions of options for the union of one sperm with one egg. Then the fertilization took place and the reality began to take shape.

Your soul patiently awaited the development of the physical body that it would inhabit. Souls simply trust, observe and wait in wonder to see what unfolds. That is what happens as we move into Stage 9—The Light Behind the Form. Our soul has no influence over the way that the processes of the next nine months take place so it just watches in awe as the energy begins to shape its new home. There is pure gratitude and a naiveté in the amazement that the soul has for what is happening. The energy just knows what to do and that everything will happen perfectly and gracefully. All we have to do is trust.

What Stage 9 comes down to is the fact that everything that happens is energy. All life needs energy. The energy flows, changes form and passes from one living thing to the next. If we did not have the sun, all life on our planet would cease to exist. Plants harness the light energy through photosynthesis. They use the energy to grow and produce many nutrients, rich in energy that animals eat. Animals break down the nutrients to get the energy to drive metabolism, allowing them to grow and live.

We expend energy simply existing. Every movement, every heartbeat, every thought takes energy. Every interaction with another person requires energy to produce it and in every interpersonal interplay, energy is exchanged. The energy that came from the sun is constantly changing forms and moving from one life form to another. Eventually we die and the energy in us moves on to support other life. We have no choice. This is just what the energy does.

The Stage 9 experience is the realization that while we thought our bodies were the real thing, we were wrong. The reality is the energy that powers the body. We can now feel it as something real and tangible. It is not an experience of energy like a tingling or buzz that we may have felt at earlier stages in our bodies. At that point we may have been curious about how we could move or manipulate the feeling. In Stage 9, we see that the energy is here in us and everywhere. We respect that it already knows what to do with perfection so we observe it with gratitude and wait to see what’s next. If the energy is the real thing and it will unfold our reality in perfection, then all we need to do is let the energy guide us towards the next step.

When we are embracing the rhythm of Stage 9, the energy actually guides us. We ask what the energy is telling us and we get our answers. We follow the energy and stay with it until it is complete. Then we move on.

Getting back to the incredible fact that you came to be, just know that you had no control and no say in what happened. The miracle of your birth was made possible by the energy of life that knows exactly what it is doing. No matter how smart we think we are and what we try to do, this energy will continue in its perfection. When we trust and follow the energy, life unfolds in its elegance, ease, grace and beauty.
