Dr. Doobay received her Honors Bachelor of Science (Human Kinetics) degree from the University of Ottawa in 2001. Her belief in the restorative capacity of the human body motivated her to continue her education at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College.

While completing her fourth and final year of Chiropractic College, Dr. Julie suffered a devastating brain infection that resulted in quadriplegia.  Dr. Doobay’s aspirations to be a chiropractor were cut short and her attention was now placed on survival and recovery.

Dr. Doobay’s sheer desire to live a meaningful life motivated her to progress from a wheelchair, to a walker, and to a cane. After spending a year in the hospital and another 4 years rehabilitating from her injuries, Dr. Julie was even more inspired to complete her education. In 2010, Dr. Julie Doobay graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College.

Dr. Doobay wants to use her unique understanding and experiences to help others achieve a greater sense of well-being.
