Blending Awaken and Discover Questions

When we mix these two seasons, we are blending the trust, gratitude, grace and knowing of Awaken and the confusion, fear and need to learn something about ourselves of Discover.  Anytime we can integrate another season with Discover, we radically change the rate and ease with which we can make the important discovery that will redirect our lives.

Discover questions (see Volume3, Issue 7) keep us in the state helplessness, blame and being stuck. We never want to ask questions of ourselves that will keep our focus here.  We only want to recognize when we are asking Discover questions so that we can ask a better question that will help us get and apply the necessary lesson from the situation.

Awaken Questions (see Volume 3, Issue 9), when applied to making a discovery about something (that scares you and that you don't understand), will add ease, grace and timelessness from the depth of your soul, to the situation.  Asking how the learning within a "bad situation" will benefit your growth as a being with gifts to offer the world, will create a totally different outcome than asking why this always happens to you and who is to blame.

Asking yourself how different a being you would be today if you had made choices that did not allow you to encounter this situation is a way to get you started in seeing the learning available to you.  Asking how you can quickly and gracefully learn the lesson needed here in order to develop your gifts and help others will lighten the process.

Observe yourself in situations where you need to make discoveries.  Watch for the questions you are asking and then broaden them to include the specialized learning that you need to develop your unique contribution to the world.  You'll find that "bad situations" contain gifts that can truly help you Awaken.
