Integrate is the fourth season of the Four Sacred Seasons in Network Spinal Analysis (NSA). This season involves the conscious combination of two seasons, in order to enhance the depth of both seasons. It can be used with success once we have a grasp on the consciousness of two or more seasons. In Integrate, we decide to visit a previous season to learn something that will allow more growth in the subsequent season.
Respecting the flow of the seasons means that we understand that in our lives we will continually move through Discover, Transform and Awaken. There is no 'best' season that we can just stay in forever. We can however, keep our consciousness in Integrate because this involves a conscious understanding of the season our life is operating in and the season that holds some important learning.
When learning is necessary for growth, we will often find that the way things have always operated stops working so well. When we try to fix things without growing it can get painful. If we stay where we are long enough, life will simply move us into the season where the learning is and we will stay there until the lesson is learned. We can do this ourselves in Integrate with a lot less time and pain.
The blends can be Transform to Discover, Awaken to Discover and Awaken to Transform. Knowing where you are is the first step. Finding the right blend is the second; the third step is to tailor the questions you ask yourself to support the blend you create.
